This is a full time salaried position Monday through Friday 9 to 5 with occasional after hours work as client needs required

Responsibilities

• Mentor New Hires
• Visit In Home Caregivers to provide training and support
• Fill in short term for emergency hands on cases
• Provide hands on care for fast start cases
• Conduct Orientation and training

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in providing In Home Care
• Experience with total Personal Care
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to Drive
• US Citizen or Green Card holder

Requirements:

• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required  

• Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification

• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards, including those outlined by the CDC in relation to COVID-19

• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner

• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills

• Physical endurance to complete required tasks 

• Access to reliable transportation

• High school diploma or equivalent
